I feel that retrospectives are the key learning opportunity for teams - an opportunity I often see squandered. I want to help the teams I work with have memorable, meaningful retrospectives and that is the main reason I am at RFG. A specific interest for me is to build retrospective maps, where common team challenges or learnings are mapped to retrospective activities, games or simulations.

I am also interested in learning better how to deal with tough conversations, especially high conflict dialogs.
